Can you believe this shit right here?

Here is a Little Miss Ignorance update.
She has decided that she does not want to live in the Washington DC metro area. She is moving to Ft Lauderdale. So she comes to me asking what were her chances of the higher ups letting her telecommute. And, if they don't let her telecommute, then to put her on the list of lay-offs, so that she will get a package for voluntarily leaving.
I said that was a double edge sword, if she asks to go, and they say no, they will make sure she will get fired w/o severance package because they know she wants to leave and wouldn't have to pay out a package.

So she goes for it, talks with our manager and our manager actually approved it, and the upper management approved it too. Can you fucking believe that shit? Her high profile customers are in downtown DC and she will be working their account in god-damned Ft. Lauderdale! She will of course be here monthly to attend her customer meeting, but damn! She sucks as it is and they are letting her move and continue to work. And here I am trying to work in a building closer to my house and I can't!

I have told everyone, but they know to keep shut until its formally announced.
I know there will be people pissed off about them not being able to move, or be allowed to work from certain buildings that are located closer to home.

It's typical, the harder you work, the harder it is for you in the workplace. Why are all the workers who slack and have attitude problems and get escalated on by other groups, get all the perks?

20 days till vacation....

I have been daydreaming about this cruise, I checked out the boat online....
